Personal development is a lifelong process. It’s a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realize and maximize their potential. Although early life development and early formative experiences within the family, at school, etc. can help to shape us as adults, personal development should not stop later in life.

I don’t believe in “quick fixes”. I believe in long lasting change, and that doesn’t happen overnight. My ambition for you is to have the confidence, strength, and tools to make powerful changes in your life. Sometimes people don’t know what to do to change, but more often it’s that we’re stuck in a rut and don’t know how to get out of it. 95% of our behavior occurs out of habit, either unconsciously or in reaction to external demands. That’s why we struggle to make changes that last. Even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short.
is designed to support you step by step through the journey with the right system. Together we will focus on the following processes and will create awareness and progress in Movement, Nutrition, Stress Management, Reset, Knowing ft Believing, Work, Education, Finances, Collaboration, Giving back and Relationships. You will get inspired and will get the tools (homework) to start right away with improving and developing your processes.

- 45 minute Intake session
- Personal plan
- 12 x 75 minute life- body coaching sessions over a 6 month period.
- 12 x 15 minute “self-care emergency” calls
- Email support between sessions.
- Uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down and keeping you stuck.
